April 28

Reesey went to do grocery with me today. She was well-behaved the whole time except for the one time when she pulled me towards a candy stand pointing to a jar of gum. When I told her that she cannot have that because it is not for babies, I expected her to insist. But to my surprise, when I pulled her away from the store, she simply walked along with me and didn't even take another glance at the colorful jars.

Thanks Reese for being so easy to handle today!

She also didn't wear diapers from noon time until before she left the house to go grocery-shopping with me. I told her nanny that we should try potty-training her again. Our last year's attempt was unsuccessful. It was partly my fault because I gave up easily. I found it hard to train her consistently as I would be at work the whole day. Ate Ora , her nanny, on the other hand, would go tired after two to three wettings, or after pooing. Reesey has very good metabolism that she sometimes goes two to three times a day when she eats plenty -- which she always does. But I talked to Ate Ora and told her to try again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Reesey would cooperate better this time.
